User Agreement
Effective Date: December 16, 2024

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and 2024@Kodal Team ("Kodal," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the Kodal application (the "App") provided by Kodal, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading, installing, or using the Kodal app, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the App.
2. User Eligibility
   To use the Kodal app, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the App.
3. Privacy Policy
   Your use of the Kodal app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Use of the App
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Kodal app solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or networks.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or overburden the App.

5. Account Creation and Security
   To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
   If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact us immediately at CVASIJ0QAS@outlook.com.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, features, and functionality of the Kodal app, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by Kodal or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without prior written consent from Kodal.
7. Termination
   Kodal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kodal is not liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App.
9. Community Standards and Content Policy
   We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of offensive content, abusive behavior, or violations of community standards. Any such conduct may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
10. Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of local. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
11. Modifications to the Agreement
    Kodal reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Agreement in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Miscellaneous
    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Kodal regarding your use of the App. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
